[edit]I just wanted to note that I'm working on writing a much more detailed article about the Banita Jacks case; I expect to get it up here by, say, 8/3 (probably/hopefully earlier). Propaniac (talk) 22:27, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
Oh, I forgot the bit about the title. The article should probably actually be titled Banita Jacks murder case or somethng like that, but I'm not sure what the best phrasing would be (can you call it a murder case if it's still unproven that a murder was committed?).
