I hope it is self-evident that Wikipedia shouldn't have two different articles on the same subject, one with an ndash and one with a hyphen. The naming convention is to use an ndash and have the name with a hyphen as a redirect.

It isn't immediately clear whether al-akhbar.com is a reliable source, but if it is, we should avoid paraphrasing it too closely. --Worldbruce (talk) 07:15, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
