In the British Armed Forces, a Bandmaster is always a warrant officer.

I assume that "In the British Armed Forces, a Bandmaster is always a warrant officer" is correct in the present tense, but it would be helpful to have some mention here of the (presumably past, but I don't know) rank of bandmaster-sergeant.
