391 Improved Frequencies
[edit]Bakerbus did not offer improved frequencies when they first took over the 391, as they downgraded the service to every 90 minutes til 1800, from what was previously hourly during the day and half hourly in the morning and evening peak. Even now they've returned it to hourly daytime, it is still fairly in line with the Stagecoach operated service even if it has abolished a gap between 1630-2000 on Saturdays and 1800-2000 on weekdays, the service is still far less frequent during weekday Peak with services at 1445,1620 and 1800. 94.192.241.209 (talk)
Still waiting for a response on this one? Overall the 391 frequency did not improve, so false information is still being provided by Wikipedia. 94.192.241.209 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 13:06, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
- You're right, this seems to have been introduced by accident. The improved frequencies comment previously referred to the 392/393, but got applied to the 391 in an otherwise-accurate later edit because (presumably) my original wording wasn't very clear. Should be easy enough to fix - thanks for pointing it out. Alzarian16 (talk) 13:33, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
The 392/393 have had the same council set timetable since 2003 when it was operated by Arriva, the only thing that Bakerbus did was extend the 1825 from Poynton to Macclesfield because their depot is south of Macclesfield and Arriva's was in Wythenshawe ,Greater Manchester. 94.192.241.209 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 14:50, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
