Badara, Artsakh → Badara, Azerbaijan – Move from Artsakh to Azerbaijan as that is where the village is internationally recognised to be. Could also be "Badara, Khojaly", but since there's no Badara in other parts of Azerbaijan, the country name seems fine. — CuriousGolden (T·C) 14:45, 16 November 2020 (UTC) —Relisting.
