Getting started

[edit]

I just wanted to get this article started, so I slapped in some basic sources and a brief description. Ideally, I think we should remove the see also section as I have created it (just the Swedish bank) and have a section that compares various bad banks from around the world. I'll also work in a history of the term, but just a little time to get my sources together. Hiberniantears (talk) 20:08, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for starting this much needed article. Searching for "bad bank model" (seen here) only found two matches: David McWilliams#On NAMA, Ireland's "bad bank" and Eurohypo. Accordingly, I created a redirect to here, but I see the article needs expansion. I have added some External links but I do not feel qualified to add anything more substantial. -84user (talk) 10:57, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cyprus

[edit]

Somebody will have to write a few words relating this to the developing situation in Cyprus soon. --Christofurio (talk) 23:36, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
