Most of this article seems to be from a web site, [1] which is not properly cited. Can someone smarter than me handle this? Paul, in Saudi (talk) 09:08, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Meaning of the letter B

[edit]

The letter B is not an initial for barracks. It is merely the second letter in the alphabet used to note the second size of building (16' x 32') and expected lifespan aprox. 12-24 months. There are also A huts (although I've never seen one or plans for them) which are the smallest and shortest lifespan and C huts (often incorrectly called SEA huts, either originated by Navy Sea-Bees building them or as an erroneous bacronym for South East Asia) which are 40' x 90' and have a doctrinal life span of 2 - 5 years. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kimo sullivan (talkcontribs) 21:59, 23 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
