Work in progress.--Walserco (talk) 20:28, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Exists on German Wikipedia, see http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/B%C3%BCcherei_des_Schocken_Verlags. Maybe the creator could correct the title. 81.131.37.94 (talk) 18:52, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, yes, I was about to point out the German page. And, over the next few days, hope to incorporate some its content. As for the title, as the series is always referred to by its original name, even in English language scholarship, I don't see another way around it. A literal translation would be patent nonsense.--Walserco (talk) 20:28, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just go ahead -- As reviewing administrator, I think the article will be fine. Please make sure none of it is copied from any non-public domain source (though the article in deWP is fine). The title should be the title as known commonly in english, which, in this case, will probably be the German title. Please make a cross reference also for whatever might be the most plausible English title, and make sure there is a link or a redirect from the publisher, and other likely search terms. If you need any help, ask me. DGG (talk) 20:58, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality

[edit]

Some of the text may be interpreted by some readers and editors as non-neutral point of view, see WP:NPOV, and has been appropriately tagged. It would help if peacock terms like widely considered, remarkable, internationally recognized were avoided; they tend to guide the reader to a desired conclusion. It is perfectly acceptable, and recommended, to just state the facts and let the reader decide. The information in this article is good enough to stand on its own merit. Well taken. Will remove the peacock turns when I integrate aspects from the German site. --Walserco (talk) 01:05, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV

[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 00:41, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
