WP:NPOV: Dab should include reference to area of Mexican Cession & in context
[edit]First, "Aztlan" as Hispanic Americans in the Southwest or as Mexican irredentism is notable (cf, inter alia, Google of 'Aztlan') and should be included on the dab either as the second term or in the header with the Aztec homeland definition (cf. WP:MOSDAB.)
Second, when I visited this page, that description was buried at the bottom of the list and described as a scare tactic and linked to a bigot as the source. As the main Aztlan article describes, however much hay bigots may make of it, the usage did not originate with the Anglos but with the Chicano/a movement. It may be a fringe and unserious issue among that community, but that's for discussion on an actual page if someone wants to write one. -LlywelynII (talk) 17:56, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
