- Nice - this helps filling the "missing" period 1987 - 2003. Does anyone have any more info? Whbjr (talk) 22:11, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
Where is the Retaliation?
[edit]Where's more info on the Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation?

Seconded. If 'Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation issued a number of albums', why aren't they in the discography? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.201.12.112 (talk) 14:42, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
Rolling Stone top 100 drummers?
[edit]The link for the top 100 drummers citation is to a site that contains a list entitled Rolling Stone 100 Greatest drummers -- but some of the comments there say that Rolling Stone has never published such a list. I'd suggest either dropping this reference or sourcing it to a source from the Rolling Stone website. I don't doubt for a minute that AD would be on such a list -- just that it doesn't look like there ever was one done. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.73.41.95 (talk) 03:26, 13 June 2010 (UTC)
- I agree and have removed the claim. The only Rolling Stone list of drummers I found is this one, and it doesn't seem to have that many entries. Huon (talk) 17:00, 1 March 2014 (UTC)
marriages and child
[edit]Due to him being English and not in the American musician's union circa 1970 (and therefore no union card or dues paid), the union came after him, and so he had a sham marriage to one of Zappa-manager Herb Cohen's secretaries to get "legal" and avoid the union problems. I've not been able to find out the lady's name nor when it was dissolved - however, it was NOT one of the GTO's, nor Phyllis Altenhouse - who was married then and is still married to her famous psychiatrist-husband. At some point, he married Karen Frampton - 16 yrs his junior, and they resided in California and had a son - Dash - who at five years old developed a very rare form of cancer that was almost always terminal, and he eventually died. Aynsley and Karen were divorced at this point. Jimmy Carl Black is the source in one of the Zappa bio's for the secretary tale. The plight of Dunbar's son was in several San Fran newspaper articles/human interest stories. sued Journey & manager
[edit]He won the lawsuit, but I don't have the settlement figure. See --> https://people.com/archive/up-the-creek-without-a-paddle-not-journey-a-band-whose-teenage-fans-have-made-it-rich-and-famous-vol-16-no-15/. Someone who has access to all-Dunbar-related material should update the article for a personal life section? 50.111.62.84 (talk) 19:34, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
criminal offenses???
[edit]Could we please make note of him being registered sex offender under Nevada's registry? It's quite annoying that we do not have any noting of it here. 2600:6C40:4000:B9:E93D:F06:6224:6334 (talk) 03:41, 4 March 2022 (UTC)
