Notability

He passes WP:PROF with highly cited works as shown here, regards Atlantic306 (talk) 18:04, 24 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Looks pretty marginal, compared to say the other authors on his most-cited paper. No really large citation counts, no single-author papers, etc. I, for example, have three single-author papers with more citations than any of his multi-author papers.
