[edit]

Scientists and doctors at Axial Biotech developed the first genetic test for predicting likelihood of curve progression for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis. I thought this page ought to exist for the sake of those who are interested in the group that developed the test. This was, I think, my first page creation. The company, and its members, have been mentioned in various medical and scientific journals. I will look for references that can make this article more relevant, with references to published material. Thank you Jacobdraper (talk) 22:43, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There's no problem, Jacobdraper. Welcome to Wikipedia. What arouse my suspicion was that there were three articles around the essentially the same thing that seemed advert-like - and that these were the first/only contributions of their respective athors. Additional references from scientfic journals would be more than welcome. --rannṗáirtí anaiṫnid (coṁrá) 09:33, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I initially tagged these three articles (Axial Biotech, ScoliScore, Genetic testing for AIS) for speedy delete as spam-like. That was declined and I can see the widom in declining it. However, these three articles still essentially deal with the same thing (Axial and their DNA test for scoliosis. I'm proposing that rather than having three weak (spam-like) articles for the same thing that they be combined into one stronger article (about the company). --rannṗáirtí anaiṫnid (coṁrá) 07:56, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
