[edit]

I created the page today, and this is my own view of what awkwardness is. Feel free to contribute and exapnd the article with your own thoughts about the feeling. --Kri (talk) 12:39, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

haha. so-- if this page goes away do you think the facebook page for awkwardness loses the valuable valubale contenet that it got from here? I mean,, that facebook page for awkwardness. (the place where people from all over facebook come together by way of thier mutual liking of awkwardness).. it would seem kinda less serious and legitimate with out that wikipedia content up there.

lastly -- wikitionary sucks- I don't think I'm being insensitive or fringey when I say-- wiktionary gargles mule semen. I liked answers.com- still do- but they seem marginalized lately. n-dimensional §кakkl€ 20:06, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I find it awkward that the article on awkward is so awkwardly short. How am I supposed to know what being awkward is now? Oh I feel so awkward... --69.76.131.12 (talk) 04:33, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's okay, I awkwardly stumbled here hoping to read more about feeling awkward but just felt awkward when I realized it was so awkwardly short that I could have just read it in a dictionary. :( --206.248.179.167 (talk) 06:01, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Add more research and valuable information about the physical aspect of awkwardness. As well as other contributions to one be awkward.--Katelin todd1 (talk) 17:08, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Evaluation for Psy101

[edit]

This artical is poorly written and is lacking important information. Rebuilding this article is necessary because it only consists of one sentence. More research is to be done on the physical aspect of awkwardness and different things that are linked to awardness. AlexisBPorter (talk) 18:36, 18 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This article could be improved drastically. It doesn't have any useful information concerning awkwardness, or really any information about the topic. I would suggest doing more research on this subject and improving this. --8.20.18.85 (talk) 01:40, 19 September 2011 (UTC)Grant Ciezadlo[reply]

Psych 101 Evaluation

[edit]

This artical has much work to still be done. A once sentace opinion does not define awkwardness. The creator of the artical even states that this is their own say of what awkweardness is. Awkwardness is not just a personality trait. There should be more reserch done stating all the veiws of awkwardness. Expand on the types of anxiety that is caused. How much awkwardess does it take to give some one anxiety? Are there different ways people feel awkward? There is a lot more that could be researched about awkwardness. --Jordie09 (talk) 20:09, 19 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Psychology 101 overview and Evaluation

[edit]

As has been already stated above my edit, this article is very vague and lacks substance. Why bother calling it an article if you're just going write a sentence. Suggestions would be to extend and elaborate on the definition of awkwardness. Give a general synopsis, but also back it up with interesting facts, any sort of research on the topic and multiple links to other pages relating to awkwardness and it's repercussions. How is awkwardness defined in different settings? What would be considered awkward in a certain society and totally normal in another? etc. Miss Hurricane 2011 (talk) 00:20, 2 October 2011 (UTC) Miss Hurricane 2010[reply]

Even though I'm not an admin, I feel the need to point out that I see no reason why this page should continue to exist. Wiktionary explains it fine and, as the box says, "This page duplicates a dictionary definition already listed on Wiktionary." Unreal7 (talk) 23:17, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
