How different is this article

I cant access the version of 2018 (which you are referring to), nor I was the editor of it. I can only state the person is "worthy of notice" since the moment of receiving a political prisoners status. The person also has received a significant press coverage, all the time on front pages, with domestic and international reputable organizations condemning his release from the prison.
