NSW Bias

[edit]

The Overview section of the article outlines how the ATAR is calculated for NSW and ACT students completing the HSC. However as ATAR is calculated differently in other states (I'm unaware of non-NSW and WA, but I know in Western Australia it is calculated using other methods (eg: only 4 subjects count, not 6, English doesn't have to count...). The article needs to be improved to outline the methods of other states also. — Preceding unsigned comment added by EeeeeWarne (talkcontribs) 13:19, 28 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Furthermore, there is a "Changes from UAI" section, rather than a "Changes from previous ranking methods", which only focuses on NSW once again. EeeeeWarne (talk) 13:24, 28 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to be bold and expand the article with any information that's currently missing. The article is incomplete and could always use some additional details. --benlisquareTCE 01:14, 29 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
