Capitalization?

I'm not sure about the title of this article. When referring to a specific officeholder, the title would be capitalized, but when referring to just the office? Qqqqqq (talk) 00:18, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

AFAIK, it should be capitalized. You don't say Barack Obama is the president of the US do you? I have always seen it as President. I feel it is the same here since it is a title.Postcard Cathy (talk) 03:57, 16 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Chief Law Enforcement Officer

People commonly assume this but it's not true for most state AG's. It's a very different role than the federal AG. If you look at their website (https://law.georgia.gov/about-us/duties) it makes no mention of it. Unless someone can find a citation I think this claim should be removed.
