Capitalization

Hi @Patrick Cristiano: Greetings! I think there is no grammar rule stating that "President" or "Mayor" should not be capitalized if an adjective precedes it. President or Mayor is capitalized "when it comes immediately before the name of a president of a country" or mayor of a town or city even an adjective, such as "former," precedes it. Thank you for the clarification, @Jojit fb. I agree that there is no generally accepted rule for the capitalization of a title if an adjective precedes it. I admit that it is a personal preference not to do so in such cases. However, I would say that this personal preference is consistent with what the Wikipedia community implicitly prefers. Kindly see the table of examples of cases where the title is "modified or reworded, denoting an office." I do not know whether it is worth our time and energy to debate over the capitalization of job titles in this article, but if you prefer to capitalize such, I will respect that and will leave it to the rest of the community to weigh in (especially @Hueman1).
