Renovation costs battle with the Church
[edit]Administrators, is it felt that this matter is suitable for a work of encyclopedic nature. A senrtence has ben aded to the article with a link to a national newspaper report of the time. Views became very heated on both sides of the argument of this case and as in most cases I'm not sure the newspaper article covers all of the aspects and options open to both parties at various stages of a lentghy litigation process. I was aware of this case and decided not to mention it as I felt that it is not really the place here to cover the legal arguments in a fair and objective way to both sides. I have not removed the referemnce but thought I would open the argument up and see if a policy existed on this type of entry.Argrogan (talk) 17:58, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
