Duplication

As I was going through articles of Assistant Secretaries, I found that this article (Assistant Secretary for Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance) was an almost exact copy of this article (Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance). The latter article was first made in June 2006, and then strangely enough someone had created a duplicate article in March 2012 with almost the exact same content.

As such, I've changed this into a redirect for the article that was first made, as it has the appropriate title that's consist with the rest of the A/S articles ("Assistant Secretary of State for..."). GabeIglesia (talk) 03:17, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
