Which Information Technology Act?
[edit]The article says "Intermediary Guideline Rules of the Information Technology Act 2011 of India". Are these new 2011 rules under the Information Technology Act 2000, as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, or has a new Information Technology Act been enacted? -- The Anome (talk) 13:59, 10 September 2012 (UTC)
Cartoon in Controversy section
[edit]Under the Controversy section there was a cartoon entitled "The National Toilet". An IP removed it with the edit summary: "Apparently the person who has drawn the cartoon is in prison now and there is no chance of him providing the rights to use. So we can safely assume image can be removed". I raised the question of fair use at WP:MCQ here. I have since reverted the cartoon's deletion. JanetteDoe (talk) 18:30, 12 September 2012 (UTC)
