Although this article is really beyond the pale in a whole lot of ways, I only have time to take on the most egregious issues at the moment: 1) I'm deleting the following line: "Malik Ali was invited as a speaker for a theme week sponsored by the Muslim Student Union at UC Irvine, and follows the controversial interruption of the Israeli Ambassador to America, Michael Oren, by the group on February 8, 2010." In addition to being redundant, this information is completely irrelevant to the topic of the article. Those of you who wish to attack UCI's Muslim Student Union have had plenty of opportunities to do so in the news media. Please try to contain yourselves while you're visiting the Wikipedia. 2) The second glaring problem here is the sources. Just to cite one of the more obvious examples, when someone alleges that "The group also speaks on college campuses (notably UC Irvine) against Israel and Jewish Americans..." and then lists as their three references The Investigative Project on Terrorism, Pajamas Media, and Jewish Journal, they are only convincing other readers of two things. The first is that they're not participating in the Wikipedia to contribute, but to promote a particular point of view, and the second is that what they're claiming is so incredibly absurd that not even the overwhelmingly conservative mainstream news outlets are willing to run with it. While this definition of "fair and balanced" reporting may hold sway over at FOX News, the Wikipedia is usually held to slightly higher standards.

I'm going to put a Neutrality Disputed banner on here because the only sources for the Allegations of Anti-Semitism are from the Anti-Defamation League, the Zionist Organization of America (which both have disputed neutrality) and a UCI webpage in which the Chancellor speaks about Thursday's Remarks without mentioning anyone in specific. I'm a pretty new Wiki user so to admins or whatever if you want to take down the neutrality banner, go ahead you won't get a fight from me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.117.226.166 (talk) 16:02, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In response to that, the Southern Poverty Law Center has classified this group as a "General Hate" group. Blackfeather (talk) 07:46, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
