In literature
[edit]Aitken appears in the 1980 book The Ghosts of Africa (by William Stevenson) as General "Ha-Ha Splendid" Aitken. He is generally portrayed sympathetically, as an "old boy" type British general and veteran of India. Engr105th (talk) 23:47, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
