Arterial Blood Gas Sampling - article that was created by me as an autor and as an administrator of www.abkhazia.com on the website my name is displaid as an autor. This article is very important for all level of medical professional, please don't delete it. Ramaz Mitaishvili 17:26, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
This article, because of its length, technical nature and subject is probably better suited to WikiBook:Medicine. I think the article should be copied to that section, then the general article should me condensed and merged with Arterial blood gas--Bwthemoose 13:33, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - Wikipedia is not a technical manual nor a how to guide. Nor is wikipedia's purpose to service the training needs of professionals, but instead it is a general encyclopaedia for the general public. The "notes boxes" are totally inappropriate instruction to readers (wikipedia does not instruct or give direct advise its readers). Only a very little of this article would be appropriately incorporated into Arterial blood gas#Obtaining and processing the sample. Bwthemoose suggested Wikibook:Medicine which does not exist, instead it would need to be added under a suitable section at Wikibooks:Health science bookshelf#Medicine. However it might be better still at the Wikiversity of Wikiversity:School:Medicine. David Ruben Talk 03:55, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
Quality and importance
[edit]This article needs drastic pruning to be acceptable as a encyclopedia article Right now it reads like a chapter from a textbook or a primer. I would call it Start class, and I would agree that it is of Low to Mid importance at best.--Bwthemoose/Talk 14:24, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
