I don't pretend to entirely understand the 29 printed pages of DYK rules, but I'm pretty sure that the edit history does not allow this to be put up for DYK. The article underwent some significant changes recently, but it has been in the mainspace for six years in a form that is rather similar to the current version for large sections of the text, and the recent edits are nowhere near enough for 5X expansion. I would suggest either asking for a bye on the DYK talk, or taking this to GA status. I would strongly suggest the latter, because there are a significant number of grammar issues that should be solved one way or the other and going GA will get that solved. Those aren't needed for DYK, of course, but GA seems to be so you may as well go for the two-fer. Maury Markowitz (talk) 17:48, 15 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Maury Markowitz: It was started in my user sandbox back in 2014–15 and but never finished. Only on November 7 of this year did it get moved to article mainspace - see this edit that did that. I then finished it and nominated it on November 14, within seven days, so it counts as 'new' in DYK terms. If there are grammar issues with the article, please point them out whether or not they are part of the DYK criteria and I will work on them. Or if it's easier for you just to make changes directly yourself, that's fine with me too. Wasted Time R (talk) 18:01, 15 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Maury Markowitz: I've just made through the article trying to give it a fresh read and you were right, there were a number of missing words and other mistakes. Hopefully I've now corrected most of what you saw. Wasted Time R (talk) 20:39, 15 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
as noted above, the dates are good. It is very odd that one cannot see this in the History tab, it implies it was mainspace the entire time. Maury Markowitz (talk) 14:23, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
