The reference link to the Utah Artists Project no longer works. This may be what you want: http://webpac.lib.utah.edu/fa/UtahArtists/artists/friberg/index.html J S Ayer (talk) 03:33, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to make the correction if you wish. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 06:59, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

The reference link to announcement of his death is broke. Another link is available: http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=11393742 because SLTrib.com articles go into paid archives after a week. Samuelsenwd (talk) 15:47, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've updated the link and archived it as well so we don't have to worry about the SLTribune dropping it from their free site. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WikiProject Japan! 03:55, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Should Friberg be in the "Converts to Mormonism" category

[edit]

By the guidelines of the LDS Church, Friberg would not count as a convert, since he was baptized at age 8 with both his parents members. However, his parents had joined the Church when he was seven. The BYU studies article does not give any real information on Friberg's religious background prior to that point, so little guidance can be gained there. I would say to not count him as a convert.John Pack Lambert (talk) 04:37, 28 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What did he learn?

[edit]

In the second paragraph of the biography section, it says "Friberg learned by meeting with the artists . . .", but it doesn't specify what he learned.

Winniethejedi (talk) 16:29, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Since the article is about an artist, and he was meeting with artists, it is implied he was learning things related to art. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WP Japan! 17:32, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Book of Mormon

[edit]

Those paintings he did for The Children's Friend are also used in modern printings of the Book of Mormon. CsikosLo (talk) 13:19, 22 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
