Star Sapphire Mk II.
[edit]According to Martin Buckley in the December 2011 issue of Classic & Sports Car magazine, not one but two Star Sapphire Mk II's were built. One survives, the second one was, according to Buckley, buried in concrete at the factory. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.184.187.239 (talk) 23:06, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
Sapphire 346 Utility ???
[edit]The 346 section states that "A small number of Utility models (US term pickup trucks) were produced for the Arabian and Australian markets." Do we have a reference for this? There are various entries on the Internet for the Whitley Utility Coupe but none that I can find for a Sapphire 346 Utility. Mistaken identity? GTHO (talk) 09:38, 22 November 2012 (UTC)
- I think it is a simple mistake made in September 2011 by an occasional contributor. I think it should be removed with a note left for the contributor, GioCM on his talk page who can put it back with ref if it is correct (which I think is Extremely doubtful). Who is Robert Penn Bradly? Eddaido (talk) 00:24, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
- Deletion done. GioCM doesn't seem to have a User/Talk page. GTHO (talk) 08:56, 27 November 2012 (UTC)
