Clarification for clarification needed
[edit]I was asked to explain why the sentence:
- In 1951 he published the Sharon Plan, which was the first statutory plan ever devised in Israel, but which was never implemented.
Requires clarification. The reason is that it is unclear what the Sharon Plan is, other than that it's a statutory plan. If there is no main article, it should at least be explained in a sentence or two. —Ynhockey (Talk) 12:45, 1 June 2011 (UTC)
