William Kennon Jewett
[edit]I imagine that William Kennon Jewett must have been related to George Washington Manypenny, whose article mentions a Kennon and a Jewett: he was "married three times. He married Miss Ellis of St. Clairsville. Her brother-in-laws included William Kennon Sr., Hugh J. Jewett, Wilson Shannon and Isaac E. Eaton....". --Doncram (talk, contribs) 15:33, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
Yes, Hugh J. Jewett was his father. From Hugh's article:
- William Kennon Jewett (1857–1935),[1] who founded the London Gold Mines Company of Colorado, one of the largest gold mines in the United States.[2] He commissioned Arden Villa in 1913. He married Elisabeth "Patty" Kyle Stuart (b. 1858) in 1881.[3][1]

Maybe William Kennon Jewett should be created as a redirect to Arden Villa, and there could be a paragraph about him.
