One problem would seem to be that a quick google search turns up two obviously different professional adult model/dancer/actresses named "April Flowers", neither of which seems likely to have been involved in anything in 1961. That suggests that there are and have been probably a large number of women with that name, even if you specify only adult entertainers, which suggests that without any way of distinguishing them, this particular woman can only be a note in an article about George Ratterman. Yes, the "criminal history" could go to the Campaign for sheriff of Campbell County section, I've added the ISBNs for the two sources after "prodding" this obscure BLP: Maybe living isn't good enough.
