Comment: Note that this article was prematurely created by an editor at a time when she had not been declared elected, but was merely leading the count -- however, she fell behind and was narrowly trailing the count by 2:30 a.m. EST. As there are apparently mail-in ballots left to be counted on Tuesday, I'm just draftifying this for the time being, and will move it back into mainspace if she wins in the end, but as of right now she has not been declared elected.
