Phrasing issue

[edit]

Right from the first line, the Pali Canon was the first to formally "close," but not the first material written down. There are Sanskrit and Gandhari texts and text-fragments that predate the finalization of the Pali Canon.

You could say that the Pali Canon is a record of the earliest teachings, but you could not say that it's the earliest record of teachings. LosangKunphen (talk) 17:44, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

duplicate entry

[edit]

This entry is the same as the entry "Apramada"(https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Apramada). They both refer to the same concept, one in Pali, one in Sanskrit. They can be combined into one entry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 47.74.19.169 (talk) 05:01, 24 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

http://dharmafarer.org/wordpress/ should point to http://www.themindingcentre.org/dharmafarer. This might be needed else where also hence it might be good to get a bot to do the URL change. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sirinath (talkcontribs) 15:02, 7 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
