Scala not used in core components
[edit]The official website of Apache Flink explicitly says "We do not use Scala in the core APIs and runtime components" [1]. When why does the Wiki page (incorrectly) say that "The core of Apache Flink is a distributed streaming data-flow engine written in Java and Scala."?

[edit]The first paragraph of this topic is a stream all right – a stream of buzz words that do not explain anything. Could use clear, straightforward explanation of what the thing does. 94.188.164.162 (talk) 08:24, 1 August 2022 (UTC)
