How can I request help from others to expand on this article?--ChiBucky (talk) 21:52, 28 May 2009 (UTC)
Probable mild conflict of interest
[edit]I notice that there is only one contributor, and they/you (User talk:ChiBucky) are likely the subject of the article being written. As you know, WP discourages people from writing articles about themselves, for the obvious reason that its hard to be objective. Im not complaining, just noting. I do think that listing your mentors is a nonnotable section, probably better left on an academic/university website. may I suggest you remove them? Im not calling into question notability. obviously professors at universities are almost automatically notable. and the article is well sourced. but be careful not to overstate your notability, as it can look self promotional. if you are notable in all the subjects listed, thats cool too, as long as its referenced. Now, what i would love to see is your professional experience brought to bear on the articles for the subjects you are fluent in. thats just me, encouraging a fellow editor to shine. if i have any positive changes to make to this article, i will add them (i bet it could be linked to other articles).Mercurywoodrose (talk) 01:29, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

Thank you for your concern, but I am actually one of Tony's former students. I tried to extract as much information as I could about him without asking him directly and pretty much ran out of references. I would love if other people could contribute to his entry.
I do need help with one thing... I misspelled his first name! How can I change that for the entry title? His name should be spelled Antony, not Anthony. I never caught that detail, because I've always called him "Tony" at his request. ChiBucky (talk) 19:06, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
Never mind re: article title change. I figured out how to move articles... Thanks anyway.ChiBucky (talk) 19:16, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
ChiBucky is commendable for a couple of reasons. First, this man is highly notable and a Nobel nominee. Second, the mentor process in science is extremely informative and important to list.
