This article appears to be rather short. It might benefit from having a paragraph linking it to a wider area of knowledge, and one explaining the significance or success of this aircraft.Astral highway (talk) 20:55, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

There are at least 3 different desktop-sized models of the An-180 in existence. One of them has a conventional tail configuration, with the propfans attached to the horizontal stabilizers. That one is at the Museum of the ANTONOV COMPANY History in Kyiv, Ukraine. The other two have the older An-180 version's T-tail configuration, with the propfans attached to the aft fuselage. Of the T-tail versions, one has a fake Soviet registration number (CCCP-41362), while the other has a fake Ukrainian registration number (YKP-78900). The T-tail An-180 models are probably also on public display at the Antonov museum. Pictures of all 3 models are shown on this Russian-language blog.

Also, but the fuselage for the An-180 was built and in storage as of 2003. If the fuselage still exists, a photo would be great to have. D271l (talk) 17:57, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
