Disambiguation? two criminals named Antonio Pelle

[edit]

Hi!

I think there is a problem with this article. At least of disambiguation! I just watched, on BBC2, the film "The mafia's secret bunkers" which includes images of the arrest of Antonio Pelle, capo di cosca di San Luca. But, weirdly, the age and look of the guy doesn't fit with the picture, mugshot, of this article, nor with the age metionned in the article at the moment (77). The italian Polizia's site shows a picture of Pelle which matches with what I just saw on TV: the guy is 46 only and is portrayed here : http://www.poliziadistato.it/articolo/11145/

Anyone to solve this mistery? solalbe141.135.101.126 (talk) 21:03, 1 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is no problem, there are just two criminals named Antonio Pelle. If you would have made the effort to check the references, you could have seen that the one described here is somewhat more important. - DonCalo (talk) 06:53, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Still, I believe it deserves a disambiguation, name, place, and occupation being the same. Is the younger the son of the older? He's not mentioned in the article.141.135.101.126 (talk) 09:14, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Topic is hot because the younger Pelle was captured in the last days - People like me tried to get more infos about him land in the "wrong" article Maybe update? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.225.72.116 (talk) 13:31, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I came here for exactly the same reason, both CNN and other news sources are running the story of the wanted "Mamma" (!) hiding behind his kitchen cupboards. ;) The confusion does make one wonder if the man had a son of the same name who took over some of his positions within organized crime.
