He was an announcer in the 70's

[edit]

The article says that much wasn't known about Rocca in the 70s - but he was an announcer with Vince McMahon, probably McMahon's first serious partner. I am sure I am right, but I'm surprised that a bigger fat man than I hasn't seen this and corrected this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.1.187.137 (talk) 09:42, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Death of opponent?

[edit]

I've been told by more than one person that someone was killed while wrestling this man. Is that notable or verifiable? 92.78.150.177 (talk) 16:38, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Press coverage of death

[edit]

Article says that Rocca's death made the front page of EVERY New York newspaper but cites no reference. Suggest citing those references or deleting the sentence in question outright. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.231.134.163 (talk) 15:40, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
