What happened in 1908?

According to a very brief synopsis in River of Doubt, Millard p. 31 he was a photographer in 1901 and a leader in 1903 and excoriated for poor decision-making for the latter. Since the book isn't about him I can't say how fair or accurate that is. MyIP19216811 (talk) 02:50, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
