NPOV Dispute Antelias (Historical Interest)
[edit]"The scenario was to be repeated 123 years later when the Progressive Socialist Party of Druze Warlord Walid Jumblatt attempted with some success to ethnically cleanse Mount Lebanon of its Christians after the Israeli partial withdrawal from Lebanon in 1982."
Sentence above is:
- Irrelevant to the article (the article is about Antelias)
- Obviously POV
- Inaccurate (Israel withdrew from the Chouf in 1983)
- No proof of ethnic cleansing during the Mountain War
I propose deletion of this sentence. Will delete it if no objections are raised in this discussion. FH (talk) 15:37, 28 December 2009 (UTC)

Changes to Antelias Page
[edit]I will edit the wikipedia page of Antelias, and add information that is missing. I grew up there and still live in Antelias. After reading the article I noticed that a lot of important information about sites and holidays are missing. After doing a small research i found sources to support the changes i made to the article, in order for it to be more credible. I added information about the body found in the caves of Antelias, the status of Antelias' river, the street that was dedicated to the Rahbani brothers, few examples of shops and movie theatres, information about the municipality of Antelias for which i'll add a special subheading, the banks street there and the restaurants strip. Finally i added information the Saint Elie churches, both the old and the new one and Saint Elie celebrations on the 19th of July.
