[edit]Needs some references to reviews of the books. There certainly should be some. DGG (talk) 06:14, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- I added a link to a New York Times review of one of her books. :) Sincerely, --Le Grand Roi des CitrouillesTally-ho! 15:28, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Welsh heritage
[edit]The article reports that she was Welsh, but has no source for it. Her family name is the Scottish Moray, suggesting a connection to the County of Moray. Much of her singing and writing career was inspired by Gaelic culture. Her nickname was "Scottie". I get the impression that she had more connections to Scotland than Wales. How do we know that she was Welsh? Dimadick (talk) 22:55, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
Never mind. I had not noticed the New York Times article in the external links. According to that she was not Welsh at all, just a member of an Ulster Scots family which settled in Wales. Dimadick (talk) 23:26, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
