Multiple issues identified

As it currently exists, this article fails to present a wholistic view of the subject, focusing almost entirely on criminal activity that has occurred in the borough over the past decade. The page lacks adequate geographic, historic, and social context appropriate for an article about the administrative area – which has been inhabited since at least the 1400s. The lead is several times longer than the rest of the article and some of the information contained would be better suited in the body of the article.
