Hi, I'm am trying to get this page correct and suitable for Wikipedia guidelines. I would prefer some constructive help to what I am presently receiving. Punkrocker1991 (talk) 05:27, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article is a copyright violation of the article cited in the CSD tag. In addition, notability needs to be established using reliable references. Take a look at the articles and let me know on my talk page if you have any questions. ttonyb (talk) 05:54, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It's not certain to me that the article was a copyright violation. If it was too close a paraphrase, I believe it can be edited to prevent copyright violation. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 05:58, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

One or more portions of this article duplicated other source(s). The material was copied from: http://www.angelaslatter.com/biography/. Infringing material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (For more information, please see "using copyrighted works from others" if you are not the copyright holder of this material, or "donating copyrighted materials" if you are.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences or phrases. Accordingly, the material may be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with these policies. Thank you. VernoWhitney (talk) 14:10, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Following the above suggestion I have rewritten the material in question. My apologies for this violation, as I only familiar with the terms of Australian copyright law, and under that law the text excerpted would be considered as fair use. As this text is no longer being quoted it's all good. Punkrocker1991 (talk) 22:54, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
