[edit]I have taken out from the main article:
"==Some Cutting compositions== Altfechan; Flatworld; Heidi Hendy; In Continental Mood; I Only Want a Snack; Miss Lindsay Barker; Nue Pnues; Oliver's; Round the Corner; St Michael's Mount; Seven Years; Spaghetti Panic; The Bay Tree; The History Man; The RSB; The Walled Garden; There are Angels; Two Beers; Waltz Harry Lane"
I don't think that belongs. -- Beardo 18:59, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
- I beg to differ. Would you write an article about a songwriter without mentioning a few of the titles they had written? I think not! Cutting is a great composer of subtle, catchy and eminently playable tunes. Several have entered the session repertoire (Flatworld, In Continental Mood, The History Man and Waltz Harry Lane in particular), especially in non-Celtic sessions, and in the repertoire for French dancing (particularly in the UK). So I have reinstated the list. SiGarb | Talk 20:39, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- I agree. His songs are standard repetoire - the ones I've heard most frequently are The Bay Tree, Heidi Hendi, In Continental Mood and Spaghetti Panic. I think that they belong here - rock bands have lists of their notable singles - why shouldn't it be the same in this case? Just because this is a bit more underground...Pittising 17:23, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
