[edit]I know he had a daughter with his partner, sometime during the Big Day Out '06 because he had to fly out after one of the gigs. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 220.235.8.40 (talk • contribs) 13 May 2006 (UTC)
No, that was the band's bassist, Chris_Ross coaxial 00:16, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
Chris had another son. Andrew's partner did indeed have a daughter and named her Juniper. they also had a son in 2018 the family are doing well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.165.152.15 (talk) 23:45, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Website
[edit]Can anyone provide evidence that the website linked to actually belongs to this Andrew Stockdale? There's nothing there to indicate that. Kafziel 12:57, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
- I'm quite sure that it's not. I know Wolfmother are into the graphics/art type of fields, but there's nothing to suggest that this website belongs to Andrew Stockdale, Wolfmother frontman. I don't think someone with a band like Wolfmother would create a website that gave no indication of being in the band. Demonofthefall 06:33, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
- I removed it until someone verifies it actually does belong to him. Sarah Ewart (Talk) 06:36, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
Link is dead, sentence removed
[edit]I've hidden the sentence "although he has often been seen with his two new friends from Sydney, Ellen de Vries and Eloise Beard" from direct view. Not only do I not really see why it's relevant, the link provided as reference [is dead. The article is claimed to have been published in The Courier Mail, while the link leads to the website of The Sunday Mail. Per WP:BLP, I've hidden the sentence. Aecis I'm too busy acting like I'm not naive. 17:56, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
The addition of some categories and the replacement of a sentence about his daughter with one mentioning a male partner. Is there a reference for this? I don't know if it's true or vandalism? OAP boba 09:43, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
- Stockdale is not gay that I know of. Actually, I read an interview with him somewhere where he discussed his permiscuos lifestyle on tour and the number of women and groupies he'd been dating/etc. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Editor19841 (talk • contribs) 23:11, 26 March 2007 (UTC).
Comparisons are strange. Tony Iommi has stage "antics"? Have never seen any. Isn't Wolfmother a cross between hard rock and punk rock? Maybe a touch of metal...no psychedelia that I hear...108.21.0.85 (talk) 22:58, 8 March 2016 (UTC)
