The subject of this article does not appear to pass the professor test for notability. Of course that criterion is not established as a WP policy, and can be questioned. But without further elaboration on the accomplishments of Samuels, I doubt the article would survive the AfD process. Anyone care to add the needed information to the article? In the mean time, I'm removing the article from the educational psychologists category.
