- ... that Andrei Angouw was the first Confucian mayor in Indonesia? Source: https://zonautara.com/2021/05/11/andrei-angouw-wali-kota-manado-pertama-beragama-konghucu-dilantik-gubernur-sulut/
- Comment: QPQ soon

- Article is new, long enough, and sourced enough for DYK requirements. It appears to be written neutrally. AGF on the Indonesian language sources, but Google Translate does confirm that they are saying Angouw is the first Confucian mayor in Indonesia. The official portrait is used in the article and awesome. It's good to go assuming the template is correct that Indonesia makes its photos public domain. You owe a QPQ. And I've got some question about your wording. What are "black campaigns"? – Muboshgu (talk) 03:46, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
- Here's the QPQ Template:Did you know nominations/Marq2 transit corridor , sorry for the wait~ I was trying to find a nomination that I could review on. Nyanardsan (talk) 01:12, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
- Not the nominator and don't speak Indonesian, but the original source uses the term
kampanye hitam
, the idwiki page for which is connected to the enwiki page Smear campaign. That makes sense in context so I've changed the wording in the article. eviolite (talk) 05:02, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Nyanardsan and Muboshgu: Any updates on this nomination? It's been a couple of weeks since the last comment. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 13:28, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
- Narutolovehinata5, forgot to watchlist so I hadn't seen the replies. Some of the writing is awkward and I think this needs a copyedit. There are phrases like
On of his opponent during the election
that need rewriting. Also, more context could help in places, like what is "Commission III"? I'm not sure if this can go to the mainpage quite like this. – Muboshgu (talk) 17:14, 13 February 2022 (UTC)- Apologize for late respond. I shall try to address the issue on writing as soon as possible. Nyanardsan (talk) 03:15, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
- Muboshgu, I've begun work on a copyedit of the article and hope it's an improvement - just have most of the last paragraph left to go but I need sleep. I've added a new source [1], but it's just to verify that he was a member of PDI-P in 2009 and Nyanardsan sent it to me. eviolite (talk) 05:17, 18 February 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks for doing this. I'm happy to pass this now. – Muboshgu (talk) 04:26, 23 February 2022 (UTC)
