[edit]It is linked in the sentence before: "Following his habilitation at the University of Augsburg" - no need for two wikilinks on the same article. Wahl zum Europaparlament von 96 Deutschen EU-Abgeordneten
[edit]Sie haben als Präsident und als die Richter des Bundesverfassungsgerichtes entschieden, dass jede der 24 Parteien im Bundesland Hamburg die gleichen Wahlchancen haben. Nehmen wir mal an das es 25.000.000 gültige Stimmen gibt, dann ergibt ein Sitz im Europaparlament 260417 Gültige Stimmen. Wie werden die Sitze an die 24 Parteien um 18 Uhr verteilt? Erhält jede Partei die, die die 267.417 Gültige Stimmen erreicht in der ersten Runde 1 EU-Parlamentssitz, in der zweiten Runde mit 260.417 Gültigen Stimmen erhält jede der 24 Parteien einen EU-Parlamentssitz, und so weiter in der 3 und 4 Runde? Bei dieser Vergabe der EU-Parlamentssitze gleichberechtigt an jede der 24 Parteien, ist nach der 4 Runde Schuss, weil alle 96 Deutschen EU-Parlamentssitze vergeben sind. Nach dieser Vergabe laut Wahlergebnis, würden die Parteien CDU SPD CSU B90/Grüne Die Linke jeweils nur 4 EU-Parlamentssitze bekommen, die anderen 18 Parteien bekämen 60 EU-Parlamentssitze wegen des Wahlergebnisses laut Gültigen Stimmen. 87.147.221.38 (talk) 12:24, 23 May 2014 (UTC)
