[edit]I propose any info in this be moved to the Amish article as there is not enough information to warrant an article. The Amish in the United States greatly outnumber those in Canada and yet there is no "Amish in the United States" article. Further, the Amish who reside in Canada are not sufficiently distinct from Amish anywhere else to warrant such a fork in content. Further, it is unlikely to be expanded anytime soon.
