Reason of the proposal : Aminul Islam Bulbul was a famous Captain of Bangladesh National Cricket team.He has been well known as Aminul Islam Bulbul in our Country as well as through out the cricket knowing world; his name is neither "Mohammad Aminul Islam" nor "Aminul Islam".
