Questionable information that may be used by scammers
Is the following information accurate? I was sent to this section (in the Provisions section) of this Wikipedia page by a scammer to try to prove why I should pay $250 registration fee to get an ARRA educational grant.
"The following are details to the different parts of the final bill whereas to get the financial assistance there will be a Registration of $200 to $2499 (refundable).The Security Deposit varies from one State to another as it is calculated in accordance to the percentage of their respective State Tax(i.e. States with a higher percent has to deposit a higher Security and least amount to those state with lower State Tax.List of States and State Tax percentages are given below.
