Aaron Kelly
[edit]...Aaron Kelly, was one eliminated in Hollywood in season 4, but I don't know what round. -User:Carie
- I'm slowly doing research, and once I find enough information, I'll add him. CrazyC83 15:56, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
Add List of Songs Sung
[edit]Can we add a list of songs sung by the various finalists, similar to the way they have it organized in the Season 5 page? This would be very helpful.
Angel Leona Higgs was here?
[edit]I found this under "Early auditions":
Angel Leona Higgs and her voice student Jeremy Wakefield were two of the evenings best performers. Performing an amazing version of "Ain't Nobody" by Chaka Khan, Angel advanced to Hollywood while her student Jeremy did not. The judges commented that Angel was "the best vocalist that they have heard so far in the competition." While feeling that Jeremy's performance was too over the top. Though heartbroken due to her student not advancing, Angel hopes to represent both her, Jeremy, and their hometown of Knoxville, TN in Holloywood.
I don't know if it's accurate, so I deleted it. Unless you can verify it, you can add it back.

Is there a way...
[edit]We can move the redirect "American Idol 4" so that it redirects to this page as opposed to the main "American Idol" article?
Mary Roach
[edit]The snippet regarding Mary Roach mentions her defunct website. Mary has recently revived her website at the same address: http://maryroachweb.com Novac 21:05, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
Audition info
[edit]Per the season 5 and 6 AI articles, I've removed the auditioner info. It's just too trivial. And by now, these people are not really even remembered. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 11:32, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Ai4.jpg
[edit]Image:Ai4.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Recent theme week changes
[edit]Recently User:Mamasaidnakuout made changes to some of the theme week. I reverted his/her changes but they were changed back twice without him/her responding to my concerns on their talk page. So I am bringing my concerns here to see if anyone else agreed with me.
The change were from The 1960's to 1960's, from The 1990's to 1990's, and from Classic Musicals to Musicals. Aspects (talk) 04:39, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- With no objections in over a month from User:Mamasaidnakuout or anyone else, I am going to change the themes back to the way they were. Aspects (talk) 18:39, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
- I have decided that it is pointless to argue in a long drawn out edit war of whether The 1960's or 1960's and The 1990's or 1990's is correct because it is only the word "The" we are arguing about, but I will continue to change Musicals to Classic Musicals because I know that was the theme that week. Aspects (talk) 22:40, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
- I have now provided a link referencing Classic Broadway as the theme week. Aspects (talk) 18:25, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
Melissa Lawson
[edit]It is known that she was cut in Hollywood week (top 75 to be exact), and there is a note of such. Generally speaking, they are listed in the discography and season aftermath if they made it that far. However, this may be a special case as she made it on another show (Nashville Star) and became well-known as a result of that. Should her accomplishments get greater detail on here (i.e. her albums)? The most similar case is Brianna Taylor from season 5, although her notability was as a combination of Real World and American Idol. CrazyC83 (talk) 16:04, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
- I think the sentence about her is probably all we need in this article but should be moved into the audition section. Since both her and Brianna Taylor's notabilities are for Nashville Star and The Real World respectively, only a sentence or two is needed on their American Idol season page. Aspects (talk) 23:29, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

Request for Help needed
[edit]For editors in the group, we need help to complete the change of template design in the Season 4. Up until now, ApprenticeFan had done most of the maintenance work but up until the pre-live show stage on August, and no work has done yet up until now. If you are seeing this, please help do your best to make it consistent and help with the updates of the color schemes. This goes the same for the other seasons until season 15 as well.
